Weighing instruments whith even a small error can often equate to thousands of dollars worth of wasted product every year.  By having scales calibrated regularly, you can be assured of their accuracy.  Auditing headaches can also be avoided, by having electronic copies of scale calibration certificates provided by us following our visits.

Repairs

Our team of technicians carry out onsite repairs on any brand of scales and weighing equipment including Zone 1, Tank and Hopper systems as well as any other type of weighing equipment. We also have a fully equipped workshop for more seroius work and overhauls.

Hazardous Aera Systems

Weightec is one of the only companies in New Zealand that has technicians that are "Ex Authorized" to carry out repairs and service on Zone 1 Hazardous Area Equipment.

Weights & Measures Certification

We are able to carry out certification and supply of trade-approved scales as required by the Weights and Measures Act.  Key personnel in our service department are accredited by Weights & Measures to test and issue Certificates of Accuracy on trade-related weighing equipment.
