Customised Systems
Most applications we come across are unique to their customer. This makes it difficult for any system manufacturer to provide an ‘off the shelf’ solution. This is where the Weightec team step up. We will gather all the information on the application or project and customise a solution using equipment from multiple suppliers if needed.
The end result is a solution that works for you, not the other way around. We have done many projects where weighing equipment from up to four different manufacturers have been utilised to provide a flexible and user friendly solution that not only met our customers requirements, but in many cases exceeded them.
Some of the areas that we have provided customised solutions include Batching, Dispensary, Weighbridge, Data Collection, and Check Weighing.
Platform Scales
For the larger applications, Weightec design and manufacture weighing platforms specifically suited to that application. These are available in varying sizes, capacities and finishes. We have manufactured painted steel versions for general applications, galvanised for wet areas and full stainless steel for hygiene applications.
These custom bases can be combined with one of the many indicators or controllers in our range to cater for specific requirements.
Weighing Systems for Pallet Trucks
Weightec custom fit weighing systems to pallet trucks to provide a medium accuracy solution for the warehouse floor. Although we work with pallet truck suppliers to install systems on new units, we are able to provide this option to existing pallet trucks.
