Command Alkon Moisture Probe The Command Alkon moisture probe is a high quality unit which utilises microwave technology to provide an accurate reading of the moisture content in aggregates.  These units have the ability to provide instant moisture content data for the batching computer, which can then carry out ‘on the fly’ adjustment to the batch in progress.
